BEFORE YOU APPLY - PLEASE READ

Each year, we thoughtfully allocate funds to support Montana families of children with rare, chronic, or complex medical needs across several domains, including:

1. Medically necessary nutrition
2. Co-pays and deductibles for durable medical equipment
3. Therapy costs for guardians and siblings of chronically ill children
4. Whole Genome Sequencing
5. Travel expenses for medically necessary care
6. Unexpected medical costs

To streamline the application process, please review the appropriate funding and distribution policies below prior to completing your application. 

Application links are below the funding policies. Incomplete applications or applications for aid that do not fall under our service areas will not be reviewed by our board. Additional questions from our board will delay application approval and funding, please complete the application with as much detail as possible. 

At this time funds from our program are only available to families residing in Montana. 

Applications are reviewed by the board once per month, if your application is being considered, you will be contacted with the date your application will be reviewed..
